Summary

Blockchain research in IMCL can be divided into two parts:

  • Blockchain-based Big Data Sharing: We regard big data sharing as a key application of blockchain, investigate challenging issues in security, privacy, and high performance, and propose advanced solutions for addressing them.
  • Blockchain as a Service: We develop PolyChain, a generic blockchain-as-a-service platform, to support applications such as food traceability and verifiable university transcripts. We integrate blockchain as a service into collaborative edge computing.
