Biography
Wengen Li received his B.Eng. degree and Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from Tongji University in 2011 and 2017, respectively. Meanwhile, He received a joint Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU) in 2018. Currently, He is a postdoctoral fellow at PolyU.
