Purpose of the Project
The aim of this project is to develop an e-enhanced Learning, Teaching & Assessment System (called *SELTAS), including three main modules. They are File Management System (FMS), Learning Management System (LMS) and Assessment Management System (AMS).

Provide main-steam learning pattern for Special Educational Needs with e-Learning system and e-Learning resources development.
Findings /Results /Evaluation of the Project
Students could access various e-Learning materials on SELTAS, this helped student improve self-learning skills and learning effectiveness. Teachers could optimize their teaching plans and share resources with the help of e-Learning system.

Practical implications
Students could access e-Learning materials about Chinese and humanity, units were divided in different levels and provided to students according to individual diversity. Teacher could access useful teaching resources effectively.

Originality/value (Importance) of the project
Strengthen the knowledge of e-Learning in ten participating schools, this may help in teaching plan optimization and recourse sharing in participating schools.
