Purpose of the Project
The aim of this project is to enhance the learning effectiveness in English Language with the use of IT, to cater the learning differences of the Secondary 1 to 2 students with the use of e-Learning tools; to develop a 21st century learning environment

Design /methodology /approach
To transform the teaching and learning process from 1 to 40 one-way knowledge transfer model to student-centered and highly collaborative learning model. To create new and innovative e-Learning content and software apps for students to share their work and collaborate in the learning process.
Findings /Results /Evaluation of the Project
Digital devices were applied in various lessons to create and share students' work. Students could access materials through iPads or could services. Technologies also empowered teachers to re-design and transform our lessons with efficiency. English, Integrated Science and Computer Literacy were re-designed to integrate new mobile technologies in lessons.

Practical implications
The school has implemented e-Learning in a number of S1 subjects, which include English, Integrated Science, Computer Literacy, Chinese History and Mathematics. All teaching content is readily stored in iPads or cloud services and they can be readily retrieved through wireless network installed in the classrooms.

An IT-based teaching and learning environment, in terms of software, hardware, IT literacy, school-based curriculum, is well established in the project schools.
