Information literacy education: a practice in Integrated Humanities through e-Learning
Purpose of the Project
The aim of this project is to let students conduct their discussion-based learning activities in the 3-year Integrated Humanities curriculum using e-learning tools. Students will make use of online student platforms to share learning products, while building learning communities and experiencing collaborative learning.

Students will conduct their discussion-based learning activities in the Integrated Humanities curriculum using e-learning tools. To transform traditional teacher-oriented teaching pattern into student-oriented interaction teaching pattern, and provide chances of self-learning for students.
Findings /Results /Evaluation of the Project
This project provided self-learning chances for students through the e-Learning platform. Students could access learning materials and communicate with other students through the platform, learning effectiveness of student was enhanced. Teachers' professional knowledge was facilitated through the application of the learning platform.
Project limitations /implications
Number of tablet was insufficient.
Practical implications
Students could learn the Integrated Humanities curriculum with e-Learning platform and search learning materials on Internet. IT knowledge and critical thinking were added into the curriculum to cultivate their capability in IT and critical thinking.
