Purpose of the Project
The aim of this project is to improve students' reading skills by e-Study, to improve students' writing skills by a free writing platform; to enhance efficiency and arouse student interest in reading and writing lessons, to address individual learning differences by different learning strategies, to facilitate students' self-learning skills during recess and after school, to help parents know the learning progress of their children, to help English teachers make better use of reading materials and increase students' participation

To develop a new school-based curriculum with the adoption of mobile apps and devices to enhance English proficiency of students, to arouse the learning interest of students and to address individual learning differences.
Findings /Results /Evaluation of the Project
Students were more confident in reading and writing on their own. Their learning effectiveness were also raised. Student were ready to use the latest technologies to learn themselves. Teachers were able to conduct lessons with tablets and PCs without any help. The outcome of project was shared with parents and fellow schools through web pages and leaflets.

Practical implications
Students are more confidence on reading and writing on their own. Most students has improved their reading and writing skills that were benefited from the project. They are more willing to learn by themselves. They also have a chance to explore themselves to use the latest technology so to prepare themselves to learn with the modern technology themselves.
