Purpose of the Project
The aim of the project is to provide a web-based system which facilitates School-based Curriculum Development, and to encourage the sharing of teaching experience and resources on the website.

Design /methodology /approach
Redeveloped the online teaching resources and developed 30 e-Learning teaching kits for teachers' reference. Moreover, workshops were organized to assist teachers in learning how to develop e-Learning at their schools. The web-based system was promoted to all schools in Hong Kong.

The project helped to build a network community between schools and teachers were able to exchange experiences and ideas of using IT in Education. Moreover, teachers' training workshops in different themes were organized and it helped to encourage teachers to use ITs in Education.

Practical implications
There are 1,000 online teaching resources in the online teaching resources library, which are divided into five areas: Chinese, English, Mathematics, Integrated Science and Humanities, and the online teaching resources were available for teachers in Hong Kong to search and use. The online teaching resources for the initial contact with the online teaching teacher set up online teaching resources, so that they are easier to find their own online teaching model. Moreover, the web-based system was an online repository for teachers who have little experience in using IT in teaching to look for resources, helping them to develop their own e-Learning practice.
