Shuttle Bus is available to and from Tsim Sha Tsui Hankow Road MTR station every 20 mins from 07:00-23:00.

            Superior Room at HK$580* per room daily (room only)

            Superior Room at HK$660* per room daily (room includes buffet breakfast for 1 person)

2. Harbour View Room (Single/ Double Occupancy)

            Harbour View Room at HK$780* per room daily (room only)

            Harbour View Room at HK$860* per room daily (room includes buffet breakfast for 1 person)

            Harbour View Room at HK$940* per room daily (room includes buffet breakfast for 2 persons)

3. Superior Harbour View Suite – (Single/ Double Occupancy)

(520 sq. ft with kitchenette, DVD player, fax, printer, scan and copy machine in-room)

            Superior Harbour View Suite at HK$980* per room per night (room only)

            Superior Harbour View Suite at HK$1,060* per room per night (room includes buffet breakfast for 1 person)

To reserve a hotel room, please contact the hotel directly. Please download the Hotel Reservation Form and follow the instructions in the form. Tell them that you are with the ICBA 2004 Conference. There are Airport Shuttle bus between Hong Kong International Airport and the hotel (HK$120 per person from Airport to Hotel, and HK$90 per person from Hotel to Airport). Airport Shuttle Service is provided based on a fixed time schedule (View Time Schedule). There are other transportation tools between the Airport and the hotel. Notes :  1. All the reservation should be made on or before May 31, 2004. (some rooms may still be available, please check!)

2. In case of any no-show, amendment or cancellation of room reservation made less than 48 hours prior to your arrival, one night of room  charge would be debited on the credit card’s account.

3. Current exchange rate is about US$ 1 = HK$ 7.8

Another hotel is recommended for ICBA 2004 participant (as above hotel may be full). This hotel is also offering special discount rate only for ICBA 2004 participants and is located at about five minutes of walking distance from the conference venue.

Hotel room reservation can me made by completing the Hotel Reservation Form and contacting directly with the hotel. The special room rates for the conference participants are displayed in this form.

 

 

 

Accommodations for Students or Others

Pak Sui Yuen (University Apartments)

Address: No. 17, Science Museum Road, Tsim Sha Tsui East, Kowloon, Hong Kong

There are 3 bedrooms in a single flat.  Each room is provided with separate sanitary and bathroom facilities.  The living area, kitchen and laundry facilities are to be used on share-basis. Pak Sui Yuen flats are are located opposite to the conference venue and are within five minutes of  walking distance. Only limited number of rooms are available for conference visitors and will be reserved on first come first serve basis.    

Daily charge:   HK$200 per night per room

PolyU Student Hall (Student Hostel)

There are two single beds in a room.  All facilities are on share basis. The PolyU student hall is located near to the conference venue and is within few minutes of  walking distance. Only limited number of rooms are available in students hall for conference visitors or guests and will be reserved on first come first serve basis

Daily charge:   Single occupancy – HK$200 per night per person

                       Double occupancy – HK$120 per night per person
