The newest hotel opened since 28 June 2002 located adjacent to Hung Hom KCR station, which is the nearest hotel to the conference venue in The Hong Kong Polytechnic University within walking distance. To reserve a hotel room, please contact the hotel directly. Please download the Hotel Reservation Form and follow the instructions in the form. Tell them that you are with the ICB 2006 Conference. There are Airport Shuttle bus between Hong Kong International Airport and the hotel (HK$120 per person from Airport to Hotel, and HK$120 per person from Hotel to Airport). Airport Shuttle Service is provided based on a fixed time schedule (View Time Schedule). There are other transportation tools between the Airport and the hotel. Notes :  1. All the reservation should be made on or before 9 December 2005. (some rooms may still be available, please check!)

2. In case of any no-show, amendment or cancellation of room reservation made less than 72 hours prior to your arrival, one night of room  charge would be debited on the credit card’s account.

3. Current exchange rate is about US$ 1 = HK$ 7.8

Pak Sui Yuen (University Apartments) There is no vacancy left for ICB 2006 participants any more.

 

Another hotel is recommended for ICB 2006 participant. It is much cheaper. This hotel is also offering special discount rate only for ICB 2006 participants.
