Digital Camera

These are cameras which convert the captured photograph directly into a digital image and store it locally inside the camera for later download to a computer. They are a bit like a hand held video camera, except they can only take a limited number of frames. Some cameras support multiple frames. The number of pictures that can be stored depends upon the memory available within the camera and the size of each image.
