Local Arrangements for ICCPOL 2009
Hong Kong, 26-27 March, 2009
Welcome to Hong Kong and to ICCPOL 2009! We hope that you will enjoy the conference and your stay in Hong Kong.
CONFERENCE VENUE
The conference will be held at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, in the Chung Sze Yuen Building (Building A, right at the main entrance of the university). Both rooms are on the 7th floor and can be accessed by taking the elevator in Building A or Building G to the 7th floor.

¥ Poster Presentation (March 26 only): Room AG712
¥ Poster size: 1 A1-size-sheet (portrait) or 8 A4-sized-sheets (landscape)
¥ Authors should have their posters put up for presentation by 2:30 pm.
A map of the campus is included on the last page of this document.
FACILITIES
Coffee breaks will be held at 10:20 am
and 3:10 pm on both days. The location for the coffee break on the first day is
in AG712 (the 
poster presentation room), and outside of
AG710 (the presentation venue) on the second day.
Wireless connection to internet will be available in the conference presentation room. Limited printing can be handled upon request.
CONFERENCE
BANQUET
The conference banquet will be held at
7:15 pm, Thursday 26 March, 2009, at Cafe Deco, The Peak. The Peak is one of
the most iconic spots in Hong Kong and Cafe Deco commands a stunning view of
Hong KongÕs Harbor and skyline. A tour bus will leave from the roundabout at
the bottom of the open stairs opposite of the tennis courts on Yuk Choi Road
(accessed from the North Court, find the open stairs) at 6:30 pm sharp on March 26th.
DINING INFORMATION ON CAMPUS
ICCPOL will provide free lunch for all delegates at 12:30 pm in the Staff Restaurant (4/F Communal Building) on both March 26th and 27th. Other dining facilities are also available in and around campus.
