Final Manuscript

IMPORTANT: The strict deadline for the camera-ready copy of your paper is *** December 29, 2008 ***.

You can upload the final manuscript by accessing the http://iccpol09.comp.polyu.edu.hk/myreview/SubmitPaper.php. We need all the source files (LaTeX files, style files, special fonts, figures, bib-files, Word or RTF files) that are required to compile papers, as well as the final PDF of every paper. A text file named "contact.txt" containing the following information, in that order:

Name and email address of a corresponding author (author who will be contacted for proof-reading) is also needed. For each paper, one compressed-file has to be prepared and submitted. Please note that any delay may prevent the inclusion of your paper in the proceedings and Springer format shall be strictly applied ([LaTeX] [Microsoft Word]).

For each accepted paper to be included in the conference proceedings, one copyright form has to be provided. Please fill in the form and sign it (the signature of one author is sufficient). The copyright form can be downloaded at http://www.comp.polyu.edu.hk/~iccpol09/copyright.pdf. The following two items should be given as:

Title of the Book/Volume/Conference: The 22nd International Conference on the Computer Processing of Oriental Languages (ICCPOL 2009), Hong Kong, March 26-27, 2009
Volume Editor(s): Wenjie Li and Diego Molla

At least one author must be registered for the conference by 9 January, 2009. Please see the Registration Section for rates and registration procedure.

Please submit the copyright form to Wenjie Li by fax (852-2774-0842) or email (iccpol09@comp.polyu.edu.hk) before the camera-ready deadline.
