All the Conference Sessions will be held within the campus of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. The Conference Venue is within few minutes of walking distance from all the accommodation facilities offered to the participants. You can download the detailed map of the campus from this website.

A. All the sessions related to invited talks, results and summaries from the competitions, and one track (from the two parallel tracks) of oral presentations will be held in Lecture Theatre N002. The location of N002 is exclusively marked on the map and described in the directions to the conference venue.

B. The location of R block is described in the directions to the conference venue. All the rooms/halls with R11XX are located on the 11th floor of R block. This 11th floor will be completely occupied with conference activities.

C. The podium of the 11th floor will host all the Exhibitions. Adjacent to the podium are rooms R1107 and R1110 where all the posters will be displayed. Participants can setup their posters before or during the lunchtime. The poster space and venue will be available for the display during the entire day but posters must be removed at the end of day (by 18:30 Hrs).

D. Another meeting room no. R1106 is available to the participants for fruitful interaction and discussion relating to the conference objectives. Participants can book this meeting room by sending an email to icba@comp.polyu.edu.hk
