The conference venue is located 20 miles from the Tampa International Airport (TPA) and 16 miles from the St. Petersburg International Airport (PIE). Some transportation options are here

VISA Instructions

International attendees needed a VISA please note the following procedure:

  1. Attendee must have a completed and paid registration for a VISA letter to be issued
  2. 1st class mail and email VISA letters will be issued at NO cost
  3. Express mail (for attendees that require a hard copy letter) the charge/fee of delivery will be charged to each attendee requesting this service
  4. All refund/cancellation requests must be provided in writing and received no later than August 15, 2014. There will be an administrative fee of $50.00 deducted from each refund.
