All the Conference Sessions will be held within the campus of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. The Conference Venue is within few minutes of walking distance from all the accommodation facilities offered to the participants.

A. All the sessions including  invited talks, oral presentations will be held in Senate room M1603. The location of M block (Li Ka Shing Tower) is exclusively marked on the map and described in the directions to the conference venue.

B. All the posters will be displayed in M1607. All the rooms/halls with M16XX are located on the 16th floor of M block. The location of M block (Li Ka Shing Tower)  is described in the directions to the conference venue. Participants can setup their posters before or during the lunchtime. The poster space and venue will be available for the display during the entire day but posters must be removed at the end of day (by 18:30 Hrs).

C. In addition, room M1607  will also provide facilities for Internet connections to participants to check their email or to download the files.
