There are many ways for you to travel from the Hong Kong International Airport  to the hotel you will stay. Hotel Limousine Service and Hotel Shuttle Service Almost all the hotels can help you to arrange hotel limousine services.  Usually, the car will be 4-seaters.  If you need, sometimes 7-seaters long car or even 20-seaters bus can be arranged.  The best way to do this is to advise your hotel your need together with your flight information upon you make your room reservation.  Otherwise, you can contact the hotel airport representative at the arrival hall, but you may have to wait for around 30 minutes. Some of the hotels will also provide shuttle bus service.  The charges will be charged per person per trip.  Schedule is subject to individual hotel but usually intervals will be arrival 30 - 45 minutes.  You also need to reserve your seat as seats are limited and are first-come-first-served.   Taxi Taxi stands are located on the north side of the Ground Transportation Centre (the left-hand ramp if you are leaving from the Arrivals Hall). Separate aisles are designated for different taxis: Urban (red) taxis serve all destinations throughout Hong Kong including the airport except Tung Chung Road and roads in south Lantau New Territories (green) taxis serve only the New Territories and specified roads on Lantau and the airport for access to/from the Ground Transportation Centre Lantau (blue) taxis serve all destinations in Lantau and the airport Taxi passengers using the Lantau Link are required to pay an additional toll fare of HK$30 irrespective of the direction of travel, and additional fares are also charged for using toll tunnels. The journey to or from downtown Hong Kong takes approximately 23 minutes. Free In-town Check-in service and free porter service are available at Hong Kong and Kowloon Stations. Outbound passengers can check in their baggage the same day up to 90 minutes before take-off.
