Daniel Luo and Edmond W. W. Chan received the Best Student Paper Award in the 22nd TC-11 IFIP Intl. Information Security Conf. (May 2007) for their paper "Crafting Web Counters into Covert Channels.''
Grace Xie received an Honorable Mention Award in the most recent BJ-HK International Doctoral Forum (July 2007) for her work on "Optimizing Energy Efficiency in Polling-Based Wireless Networks with Stability Constraints."
