This technical report provides detailed analysis of piece-related algorithms in the BT protocol, and discusses possible improvements for these algorithms. The java BT client adopts some algorithms presented in this report.

This version uses non-blocking I/O. The EXE file needs the JRE (Java Runtime Environment) 1.6.

We show some photos which we took during the experiments at the computing center of University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. We compare the performance of our BT client with that of BitComet.
