The fourth International Conference on Machine Learning and Cybernetics (ICMLC 2005) will be held on 18 - 21 August 2005 in Guangzhou, the leading international metropolis in southern China. As with our previous three conferences, this event intends to bring together researchers and developers from the academic field and industry all around the world to share their research results and to explore research collaboration in the areas of machine learning and cybernetics. In the past the conference has attracted a large number of participants, which enabled contacts to be established and the fruitful exchange of ideas among participants. Along with paper presentations and prestigious keynote speeches, the conference will also offer tutorials on selected advanced topics of interest.

** All Papers are Searchable by EI and Selected Ones by SCI **
  1. All accepted and invited papers at ICMLC'2005 will be included in its proceedings and published in print by IEEE Press.

  2. Some regular and invited papers will be published by Springer-Verlag in the Lecture Notes On Artificial Intelligences (LNAI) series in time for distribution at the conference.

  3. Some papers of ICMLC 2005 will be selected for publication in a Special Issue of the journal <Soft Computing>
