About the CDROM
This multimedia CDROM is an edited video record of
our successful short course on the same topic run on
23 and 30 October 1999. The course was designed for
I.T. managers, internet information providers, librarians
and software managers; especially those who have plans
to enter the Chinese (or broadly speaking Asian) internet
market. To satisfy the need of those professionals who
were unable to attend the course, ACM-HK produced this
set of CDROMs. This CDROM set contains roughly 8 hours
of lecture recorded using the latest MPEG-4 technology.
